Yes, I remembered yor earlier post and looked at this possibility but it was not the problem. I had car servied and dealer has some part(s) on order, I did not talk to tech yet to find out what was wrong. In teh meantime, I want to raise the light beam just a bit until the problem is fixed. I am aware of how these Xenons can blind oncoming cars if aimed too high. I will be careful to make sure the cutoff is close to the right height, at least for my normal weight load condition (2 passengers)
