Diehard Security Battery

Saabers,
Thought I would just pass along my experience with a recent purchase. Needed to put a battery in my 89SPG and decided to look at the new Security Diehard. I liked it!! I do not have a security system in my car and as I suffering from the same disease as everyone else on this BB, and am putting an ever increasing amount of money into my baby, I worry about the car going for a ride without me. No worries! This battery comes with a remote that disables the battery. Car cannot be jump, push started, or started with a key until it is disable with remote. Works just like remote locking system. It also can detect if there is a drain from a short or a light left on, door ajar, etc and will turn itself off before it drains enough that it can't start the car. They had the proper size for the 900's and it fit properly even with the heat shield for the turbo.
And yes there is a procedure that will allow you to start the car if you lost the remote. You have a card in your wallet and an 800 # that will get you going again should you need it. The best part I guess is it installs the same as an ordinary battery, but has the security system also. Security systems are usually more complicated to install than that.
