86 900 8V no start

Since original post is running off the board figured would repost for more suggestions. 86 900 8 valve CIS Injection. Will not start and floods since the temps here in Wisconsin hit the subzero mark and now that it is above zero still will not run. Ran fine the night before then gave problems (ran rough and hard to start) in morning until it warmed up. Ran fine for the day and hasn't started since. Have replaced the fuel distributer and warm up regulator (used out of salvage yard) and the thermo time switch (new). Turns over fine, has spark and tries to fire but no go. Plugs fine, timing fine, good fuel flow. Suggestions put forth by others on board were injector seals and check the cold start valve. Replaced seals and checked the cold start valve, which appears to be working correctly. Am looking for further suggestions as to what the problem could be.
