I have not one but two bad motor mounts. I am now of the opinion that the pop I heard was second gear poping out when the engine suddenly lost power. It has been popping out of gear when I drop the throttle for about two months now.
I get fuel, but no tach signal at the LH ecu. I think that the Ignition module is dead or dying. I'll swap it for a known good one and see what happens.
I also need to see if the timing chain broke and/or skipped a tooth.
Thanks for the input,
JHammer
