Keep it. Like the other guys said, you're investment has eliminated many of the major repairs. You maybe should have swapped the auto tranny for a 5 speed when last went, but thats my opinion. I got my '90 900 when the previous owner has just swapped the trannys, replaced the exhaust and water pump. He was very frustrated and wanted to get rid of it. I got a great price - with lots of repairs included. He lost money due to the repairs and his emotions.
Now, four years later I've just done the headgasket and timing chain and find myself in a similar situation. Mad at the car and myself for having invested so much money into it. I tell myself it will be smooth sailing for another four. The car runs like new and in the last 4 years I've learned to do just about everything else myself - and have saved thousands.
Your repairs on the horizon may include the crankshaft pulley (aka, harmonic balancer) and drivetrain items such as inner drivers, CV joints, bearings and ball joints. These are not big items - and are all reasonable jobs for a do-it-yourself-er with a Bentley manual, a few tools, spare time and this bulletin board.
Good luck
