Air pressure drops 1 PSI for every 10*F the temp falls. So, if the temp has fallen 20*F, it could be the reason. However, if after driving (heating tires-->air expands-->more pressure in fixed volume) the pressure went down, and you used the same gauge for all measurements, then yes, you have a leak.
