Need to bend bumper up

I bumped a parking lot pole hard enough that my front bumper got a good dent in in, and as a whole, was rotated down maybe 5deg.--nothing most people would notice, but I do. In fact, there's a picture of my car in post-bump condition in a post just a few down. Can anyone think of some way I can rotate the bumper back up? I think the best way would be to put a rod of some sort in the cylinders on the body to which the bumper mounts, and bend the body back to fully vertical. I can't think of anything that is that narrow, yet that strong. Maybe another approach?
Thanks much,
Nathan Work
