I've got a 91 900S with a bad oil leak coming from where the cyl. head and eng. block meet the timing chain cover. I'm planning on pulling the engine in about a week to fix the problem. I'm going to change the timing chain while I'm there (107,000km). What I'm wondering is does anyone know what else other than the above items that I should inspect/replace while I've got the heart out? I'm thinking maybe I should replace the oil pump while I'm at it. Any thoughts?
