On an '86, the wiring is unchanged. The old-style sealed-beam headlights use the exact same connectors as the replacement H4s. In fact, H4s were designed as they were for this precise reason - so that automotive electrical manufacturers wouldn't have to change their tooling to accomodate the "new" e-code lighting (back in the '70s).
Only on '87 and later Saabs, with the 9004 bulbs, are wiring changes required.
