As I recall, it's just a normal seal, available from most bearing supply shops. No special tools are required.
Remove the inner driver from the transmission by undoing the half-dozen or so bolts securing it. If you're doing both sides, be sure not to mix up the shims. Use a hydraulic press or hammer w/ wood block to drive the driver out of the assembly. I don't recall if there are circlips or similar in there or not. Remove the outer seal with a seal remover or screwdriver.
Gently tap the new seal home using an appropriately sized socket. You'll probably need a short length of black pipe to seat the bearing on the shaft and in it's recess. Don't forget to replace the large o-ring on the outside too.
If in doubt, take it to a machine shop and they can disassemble/reassemble for a few bucks.
