If they are stock wheels, lie those from a turbo, then the offset will be fine. You'll get a strange offset if they are non-Saab wheels.
MAKE SURE you put them both either on the back OR the front. Don't run them on the front and rear of the left or right side, or even stranger, at opposite corners. Running with wider tires on the front or back is pretty common. In the case of a FWD car, you'd probably run the wider rims on the front.
A big question - what size tires are you running? I don't have the numbers in front of me, but you can't run too narrow a tire on a wider rim. I'm sure if you do a web search, or go to Tirerack.com, you can find a table showing what tire widths will fit on what rims.
