Mathias:
You said you set the RRFPR to 2.5 and disconnected the vacuum line? Why? The vac line to the pressure regulator is also a pressure line and when you're boosting, the pressure is a signal to the FPR to increase the fuel pressure. You need to reconnect that line to get enough fuel at high boost. You should not be running the car with that line disconnected -- it would explain fuel starvation at higher boost, if that's what you did.
I strongly urge you =not= to disconnect your knock sensor. You should be able to reach well into the redzone without knock. The knock sensing circuit of the APC protects your engine -- it is not a good idea to run wide open throttle without it!
Something you might want to try is shortening the actuator rod to your wastegate. The best way is from under the car with the car on a lift. As you look up from below the turbocharger, you'll see the wastegate actuator. It's a round can with a hose on it and a rod sticking out connected to the wastegate lever with a little ring clip. Remove the clip, slide the rod off the wastegate, then turn the rod (it is threaded on the other end) about 1 full turn to lengthen it. If it seemed loose on there, you might even consider lengthening it two turns, but don't go too far before you test drive it. Clip it back on and see if that makes a difference in the maximum amount of boost you get.
