Suspension lowering question...

I have the following config. 1990 900T, with 15x7.5 Schullenger rims (supposed to be for a 9000, so I believe the above size is correct). The tires are 205/55-15 performance tires. (The rating slips my mind right now)
Anyways, if I lower the car with swedishdynamics springs, it loweres it 30-40mm I think, now, will I have serious rub with this? Shoudl I get lower profile tires? Or get the right sized rims? Or will this work? I know people who use the 9000 aero rims on the 900's and lower them just fine. Since the susppension travel is less with stiffer springs, will this eliminate the rub or compensate some how? Let me know. Thanks!
