Hiya
This is a topic that many here are passionate about...
I tackled mine yesterday. Used saddle soap to clean them (what a difference!) and then used Fiebing's 4-way CARE conditioner to nourish them. They look good but they're still a bit sticky (hopefully it will pass...)
Others here recommend Lexol or Zymol. Saab also make stuff.
Have heard mention of using a Scotch Brite pad to help with cleaning, used gently of course.
Too early for me to tell how well Fiebing performs over time, although it was recommended to me by a local car upholsterer with lots of experience.
