hello.
what I am sure is that timing advance goes on the nipples that is on passenger side.
the two others are for EGC system with pneumatic command, if fitted.
There is something with two stage command of EGC, one nipple is directy before throttle plate when closed, the other directy before. My guess is that you keed the plugged one plugged, fit the timing adance hose to the far right(passenger side) and connect EGC at the third one.

If one of your cylender "missing" first try to see wich one, unplug injectors one by one, and if by unplugging one the result is not worse , you got it.
It can be the wires, or rotor, or distributor...i had a car like these and changing the wires made it new.
