A guy from the Turbo! mailing list suggested that i used aluminum foil! He said that the previous owner of his car did that on one of the lights (the other looks like new he said) and apparently it works just as good as the other light with a like-new reflector. The foil is just pressed in there he said. I guess it's not as smooth as the real reflector but i think one could make it pretty smooth, besides the beam pattern is made by the lens itself. I think i'll try this..it couldnt hurt.
