Go to the Townsend site...I think its just masonimports.com now...anyway there is a link on this site to it.
Once there go to the technical pages and under cabin ventilation(if I remember correctly) you will find pretty good straightforward instructions. It is under cabin ventilation because the article is about how to replace the ventilation fan. That fan is inside the dash so...to do that you must replace the dash.
A Bentley manual is also helpful.
I did mine in about 4 hours. I took my time and labeled everything, including the long screws that hold the fascia on...and just studied what I was going to take apart.
Get new bulbs for the knobs and replace those while you are in there.
If you do decide to do, e-mail me and I will give you some other helpful hints that will hopefully make it easier.
I encourage you to do it...makes the interior look and feel 100% different. I've been rubbing some vasaline into my dash since I put it in and a year has gone by and no cracks forming yet.
