It may be from the injector, but the cuplrit could alos be the banjo-nut on the end of the fuel rail. There are washer/seals on either end of this nut; they good bad over time. You should inspect this area well; maybe as simple as tightening.
The injector has two seal; one on top to the rail and one below into the manifold. Removing the rail and injectors is DIY; some basic safety things; disconnect battery; don't smoke; try to capture as much fuel as you can when you release the banjo-nuts.
