Removing lower dash on '89 - HELP Posted by RS [Email] (#15) [Profile/Gallery] (more from RS) on Sat, 3 Feb 2001 12:31:11 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I looked at the FAQ, read everybodys descriptions, removed the proper bolts and screws... and I still can't get the lousy thing out!
The description in the FAQ is a bit short:
"5. Wiggle the knee pad free, unplugging the wire to the cigarette lighter light. "
I could wiggle the thing until I'm older and greyer and it still wouldn't come out. I can see it being a lot easier on a non-passive seatbelt car because it's smaller.
What's the trick on getting it out on an '89?
Any help is graciously thanked, with a few extra beers thrown in at the SOC (if there is an SOC this year and we're both there.)
