It's possible that the spark plug wires are wet if it's been sitting in the snow for a while. If they're old and wet, the insluation will let the dampness conduct the spark to ground. You may want to dry them with a hair dryer or use a commercial plug wire drying spray.

If you're getting fuel, then the ignition module is probably working (it sends a signal to the ECU saying it's OK to start the fuel pump.)

Another possibility is that the spark plugs are worn. The gap should be 0.24 in. or thereabouts.

The distributor cap could also be damp inside and carbon-tracked.

What's the outside temperature and the humidity like where you are?

This will give you a start on the no-start problem. Don't crank it too long because the raw gas could ignite in the catalytic converter and cause a *real* SAAB problem.
