Try some of Mother's polishing compound (NOT rubbing compound) or Malms polish. If that doesn't do it, you'll probably have to have the panel refinished.
Judging from your expression once perfect 900s (only one I know that was perfect was the one that came from the factory and then there were 5-10 blems on the paint, Saab factory jobs being what they are...) it sounds like you're going to have to take it in. Paint pens generally suck, touch up paint looks like it, maybe an artist with an airbrush can fix it, but a panel respray always works.
