Good find Lance!
Sounds like you found a regular ol' 900T with an airflow kit - it's a sharp looking car. I don't know about the wheels - a better description or a picture would help.
As for the turbo, it's possible the turbo oil seals are failing - when the turbo sits, oil seeps past them and accumulates in the exhaust housing. Once you start the car up, the oil burns off relatively quickly. *Usually* this only happens after the car has been running and the smoke starts up when you pull to a stop, but I have seen a pair of cars when the overnight smokey turbo. Rebuild kits are available, or you can send the turbo off and have it down professionally. You may wish to have a mechanic look at it, as a smoky start up could also be engine related. No point in spending a couple hundred bucks on a turbo rebuild if what you really need are new piston rings!
Good luck!
