Look for a short in the wiring bundle that comes thru the fender from the fuse box to inside. Try tuning the key to Accessaries and turn on the radio. Then wiggle wires and squeeze them to see if the lights come on. Also, given your alias, check all the wiring for the added sound equipment you have. An inadvertent cross connect could be happening. Perhaps at an amplifier since that may be a possible way that the radio is being turned on.

Or get an exorcist. The moose dung dance comes highly recommended also.
Other than a short in the wiring bundle, you have me stumped. But despite my being an electrical engineer in the power field and the owner and wirer of several race cars, that is not unusual.
