I just got an Aiwa CDC-MP3 head unit. The great thing about this head unit is that it is able to play cd-r or cd-rw discs that have been burnt with .mp3 files (just like a data disc). So you can have one cd with 180 to 200 songs, and this head unit plays it. I figured that this is cheaper than going with a head unit and a CD changer (the burned cd holds 8-10 "albums" {essentially folders with songs in each folder from your computer} and on each of these albums I put 20 songs.) The great thing, if you are familiar with winamp or mp3 files is that the Aiwa CDC-MP3 can read the ID3 tag, and scroll either the file name, the artists name, the album name, or the song name across the screen as the song plays. it's on Crutchfield, $299. When listening to a disc that is burnt in this way, it's very similar to using a disc changer. You scroll thru the albums with the disc up or disc down buttons, and then scroll thru the songs in each album with the track change button. I have 2 cd's with a total of 360 or so songs on those two cd's.
Good luck with whatever you choose!
Jake
