Yes,,,this is the right sequence of installation. I believe the bleeding is not completely done....it only take a very, very small amount of air in the slave to cause your problem...seal the bleeding nipple with teflon tape when you do the bleeding.....the volume in the slave is very small...a bit of air via the threads spells defeat...
