The cruise control light would be in the row of warning lights. check the bulb........ How do you check the bulb, remove the driver's side front speaker grill (2 screws - probably torx) and gently lift it up out of the way. Stand outside the car and look in through the speaker hole toward the back of the dash and you'll see the line of lights. You simply turn the plastic holder about a 1/4 turn and the light and holder will then slide right out.
The headlight switch light is different. That one, you literally yank the whole headlight switch straight out. It's got to be a careful yank with the knob in the appropriate position or you'll break off the tabs. Once you get the switch out and pulled off the great big wiring harness that's attached to the light, look at the very center of the switch and in there is where the light is. You'll need to gently slide that thin bulb holder out (probably need needle nose plyers or strong thin fingers).
Hope this helps.
