They bulb you are looking for is most likely a H3 or a H1 if the bulb is long and narrow probably a H1, if the bulb is short and fat, and has a wire coming off of it, it is a H3. Im not sure what type of lights you have, but most fog lights are H3. I would honestly not get the blue bulbs for the fogs! I have hella XL's on my car and I have PIAA super plasma H4's as my headlights, and honestly im glad i didnt waste my money trying to make both of them look the same! Also they ILLUMINATE LESS than original fogs anyways, and who wants that? I would say instead of trying to look cool with blue lights all the way around, go with YELLOW IONS (either yellow star hellas, or yellow Ion PIAA's) you never see anybody with HID looking FOGLIGHTS anyways, so everyone will think that just looks all dumb! but thats my opinion so good luck, try pulling a bulb out and looking at different bulb classification indexes to see what you have.....or goto the auto parts store and look what they have Most likely they have what you need!
