Boost guage is stock so you don't need to add one. A voltmeter is a better indication of your electrical system health than an ammeter or idiot light. Get one of those. I like oil pressure since lack of oil will kill an engine. Also oil temperature since that is a good indication of how hard I am abusing the engine. Maybe transmission oil temp next. Fuel pressure is not overly important. Either you have enough and it runs or you don'e and you don't. Under some extreme conditions knowing the fuel pressure is important but I don't worry about it on the race cars. In summary, I add voltmeter, oil pressure and oil temp to my race cars.
