Mattias, If the Base Boost is set too low, the system will not be able to run into the red. Go to amy of the many sites which outline checking base boost. On your T16, it should be 5psi or 5.5psi (0.34bar or .37bar). Without enough wastegate base boost, the APC has a hard time of it.
