Convertible not starting

'89 Convertible, will start to turn over, but then makes seizing sound. I have spark in the plugs, power is working and it is getting fuel. Any suggestions?
Next question, on my SPG, I noticed a week ago after a big storm water in my floor board, after taking all of the carpet and sound proofing layer out to dry out, I noticed antifreeze in the floor and carpet. I have put my seats back in without the carpet to see where antifreeze is coming from. It didn't happen for a week, then we had another rain and initially it was green again but turned clear at the end of the day(it is coming down on the driver's side above the brake pedal). The antifreeze level in the resevoir has not changed, so I don't believe that it is the heater control valve. The only thing I can think of is that I had the windscreen replaced 4 weeks ago and it hasn't seeled properly, but it doesn't make sense for the green coloration. Any suggestions? Thanks ahead of time.
