The condition of my leather interior ('92 900s) sounds similar to yours. However, the only real "hard" leather spots are around the headrests, which have become dry and brittle. Not certain this is the miracle treatment -- it did not do very much to soften them up. But it wasn't warm (60F+) when I applied it. However, I'm going to have another go at it. Hopefully this weekend -- I'll let you know about the leftovers.
