In addition to a bad throw-out bearing, which is likely, the problem could be a loose pressure plate or flywheel. It's easy to check the flywheel. With the engine idling, take a look at the flywheel teeth up at the timing mark to see if the flywheel is wobbling. You will be able to check the pressure plate by loosening a few bolts on the top of the plastic clutch cover and checking if you can move the pressure plate with a screwdriver against the flywheel in a few spots.
