I had a similar problem recently, did the following from advice from the board: with the car running, unplug the fuel injector plugs 1 at a time. For example pull plug 1, the car may stall or continue to run then plug it back in, go to 2 and so on. Two of the plugs pulled should stall the car, two should let the car run, in my case, 1 and 3 (i think) let the car run, 2 and 4 caused a stall. go to the distributor cap and switch the two plug wires from the cylinders that let the car continue to run..(1 and 3 in my case). this was not what the Bentley said the firing order is, but I tried every other combo with no luck, this is it..hope this helps..
