Take a look at your sway bar bushings. The end bushings get distorted and the middle ones are exposed to road dirt and pick up all sorts of sand and gravel. At least clean them off and give them a squirt of soapy water or windex. If the noise stops, then you've found the source and it's probably time to replace the bushings. The creak could also be your control arm bushings. Check the bolts for tightness, look for shiny rub spots on the mounts and try the windex soapy water trick. Pray that the noise is not coming from the upper driver's side control arm bushings(see recent posts on this by me and others).
The rear control arm bushes are also pretty easy to replace and can cause high speed wandering when the are really bad. A big C-clamp or a press helps and you have to be careful that you don't tear up the rubber when you push it in. Avoid trying to pull the bushing through the rod end with a bolt pulling from the center...press from the outer edge with a socket.
