AFAIK there is no relay for driving or auxiliary lights. The fusebox does have a socket for foglights, but they're wired opposite to driving lights.

Putting foglights above the bumper is easy if you have a 12" or so pair of 1/4" strap iron, maybe 2" wide. The bar is bolted to the back of the bumper with two bolts (your foglights are held onto the bumper on a similar bar, make a jog in the top 1" or so of the bar so it clears the grill and bumper and you end up with a horizontal hole (vertical bit of bar). On my 84 I laid the foglight bar and aux bar on top of each other and cut them off between the two bumper mounting holes and buttbrazed them together.

Electrically, you'll need a separate relay and you can either actuate the highs with a signal from the high beam on the lights or separately actuated switch on the dash.
