hi jon.
"only after warmed up" is odd, cuz i always thought the pulleys and belts were noisier when cold - but i'm comparing to really cold.
now the question...is anything leaking back there? a bad crankshaft seal or that sucky p/s return hose can throw enough goo around mess with things.
this is odd but you can kind of visualize the pulley setup when in the drivers seat to sometimes get an idea of , ah well actually that never helped. anyways, i bet the a/c belt for the damp squeakmaker.
like i said earlier, take the a/c belt off and drive. this will eliminate or narrow to the belt and/or pulley. then change them all out to good ones. if you find out later that it is the a/c idler pulley you can easily do it after the new belts/process of elimination is over. hint (if applicable) - just buy the pulley, not the whole bracket. its just friction pressed on and held by a single bolt (and $20 verses $70).
on the topic of sounds, i pulled my complete exhaust off yesterday (first 50 deg day, so i skipped work), replaced the front muffler and resealed every connection. ahhh.
later. bryan
