i cannot find those injectors but i am going to look some more. they may be an oem type deal where normal bosch channels can't get them. i'd just go with spg9 and get them overnited. his prices are in line at 50$ per, rob is prolly in there on price as well. you may want to verify that the RTC sensor is working right. you have to do it in the car because it is in a water jacket. just hook a hi impedance meter across the terminals and let it idle until warm. After further reading i think that 24# are what you want. I certainly have no shortage of power....too much almost in fact and 30# have a history of hard tuning at low power.
try advancing your timing to about 17 deg. also disconnect your throttle position switches, that MAY "linearize" the problem. are you running bosch +4's?. put a vacuum on your dist unit and make sure that the plate is moving. put a timing light on it and see what happens to spark at that rpm range. what happens when you run without an o2 sensor?
