If the drain tubes are kinked or detached, you will have to remove the headliner to repair. But first try to clean out any clogs.
The front drain is visible in the corners of the sunroof opening. with the car pinting slightly downhill, pour some water into the channel and see if it comes right out of the drain hose that exits in the wheel well. A medium flexible wire can be snaked down to free up clogs. You can blow them out from the wheel well, but people have reported popping the tube off the conector at the top with excessive air pressure. then you have to drop the headliner.
The rear opening is not visible unless you drop the headliner, but the drain hose exits in the side vent panel, which is fastened with torx screws. Point the car uphill and pour water into the channel towards the back and see it it flows right out the tube. If not, you can gently snake a wire up the tube to clear clogs. Unfortunately, if the clog is pushed up into the channel, you can't remove the stuff without dropping the headliner. The trick is to poke a little and pour water so that the clog is loosened and comes out the bottom of the tube. Perhaps it can be blown out with air with the sunroof forward so that the clog blows completely out of the channel and won't flow back to the tube opening. I've been lucky with the water and poke method.
