Mine fell off in december.. it took me about 1 hr to fuss with it and about 5 seconds to put it back together. I loosened the nut on the end to get some slack. Then I put the metal block on the wire into its place on the cam with the cam angled (not inline with the wire) and then flipped the cam in line (which tightened the wire) and then pressed it up on the spindle. A few turns of the nut and I was good to go. I should have used some loctite, but it was flipping cold out, 10:30 at night and i didnt feel like doing anything else! hope this helps.
