its best to exchange colors that are within the same spectrum. Most of the carpet in Saabs were made from wool. Not sure what yours is, but if its not synthetic you can try soaking it in fabric dye for a couple of days to work into the fabric. I have not done this myself so I dont know what the effects will be on the backing of the carpet. If the carpet is synthetic you'll be wasting your money trying to color it. You have two other altenatives:
1. get a grey carpet and dye it black
2. get a customized job done
