probably 60-80kmi on the wires depending on heat. If they are hard as a rock, it is past time. I am guessing that the coil wire is probably pretty brittle. It sounds like ignition to me. Could be a coil. Look at the tower on the coil and see if there is any arcing apparent there. Run the car and spray water from a mister on the coil wire. If it affects idle, you found it. If you can see arcing on it, you do not even need to do this. Under the hood of a turbo is quite hot and it takes a toll on all things rubber. THese do not last as long as on a NA car due to the heat. Since it is a turbo, you want to keep the plugs gapped accordingly (on the tight side of teh tolerance). New to you car (<1 yr), probably good to replace all the parts required at a major service according to a book (filters, etc) if this has not been done since you got it. Look closely at the CV boots. I would re-grease the RHS inner driver if it has 100k or more and this has not been done. (ounce of prevention...)
