The 94 C900 is a commerative edition- made in 93 and sold as a 94. It runs a Saab 'red APC box' and should produce 185hP. To ensure it's the same car, check the VIN against this site- only 500 made. Not sure an automatic was availble- what color? The CE came in metalic black only.
Either way- cost estimates are tough: what do the service record look like? 74K to me means- clutch in 10-15K, ball joints/tie rods soon enough, a PS rack at 100K, radiator too and the normal... shocks, pads, filters, hoses. Too tough to call- I had a caliper die at 89K on an '89- sold a '85 with 140+ (odometer died): same compression as "born on date."
13-14k sounds fair (for the seller)- below 13 and depending on records- sound well enough.
Chk out this site for prices!
PS- was it the car owned by the little old lady?
