The problem:
Probably[almost certainly] what has happened is that the warm up regulator has become clogged. you can test this if you have a bently manual and a fuel pressure gauge if not try the following.
The warm up regulator is the little metal box near the front of the valve cover that has 2 fuel injection lines running into it and one electrical connector. What it does is raise or lower the control pressure of the fuel injection system depending on how warm the engine is. If it clogs up the control pressure stays high and the fuel injection system gives the engine only enough fuel to run a warm engine[cold engines need more fuel] hence the problem.
The cure:
If you have access to a used unit try that[they seldom go bad]
If not remove it from the car, remove the little clip that retains the wiring plug,remove the 6 screws that hold the cover on ,remove the coil spring, remove the bi-metal spring[looks lika a little sheet metal tab that runs across the unit] wrapped with wire[this is a heating coil to speed up the warm up process]and the associated little bits etc. from the unit. using a can of carbeurator cleaner clean out the holes in the regulator from the inside out and then thru the two holes where the fittings for the fuel lines screw in,put it back together the way it came apart,put it back on the car.
Take it apart,clean it well and put it back together the way it came apart and you should be happy motoring in about an hour.
