The reverse-collar requires a slit in the shifter's shaft.
You will need to cover us a portion of this slit, to accomodate an aftermarket knob.
I used a 3/16" Polyurethane "collar", about 1/2" long.
The MOMO kob should have 3 screws neatly covered by the bottom screw-on sheath (MOMO imprinted on it).
Make sure you don't interfere with the reverse-collar.
Tighten the three screws into the "collar" - enough to "imbed" the screw tips into the material - and also enough to be able to re-screw-on the sheath (whatever you want to call it).
Best bet is a relatively small profile knob.
Stick with the OEM knob's general size, shape, and you're golden.
Have fun.
Mail me direct, if you need further info.
