its really pretty easy. i just did mine on a non turbo so you'll have to remove the turbo ducting first. I removed the skid plate to allow me to place my floor jack under the tranny w/ wood block (but it can be done with just a bit of 2x4 placed vertically w/out removing the plate).

I also removed the two fans for cleaner access. the 4 or so screws are easily removed - but you'll have to unscrew the lower ones by feel. then you just have to remove the two side (vertical) bolts and the two that bolt to the drive chain housing. the lower one of these is hard to get a wrench on but just be persistent and jack up the engine a bit until you can get at it. took me about an hour the first time and 1/2 hour the latest.
