Just pick it up from the front, one hand at the back, the other on the leading edge. Center it as well as you can, then just set the arms on the upper core support, (the metal piece over the radiator). If it is pushed far enough on the core support, it should sit there just fine. Go around to the otherside and gently slide each arm, one at a time into place. You shouldn't scratch anything, I've been there so many times, I am almost sure I could do it blindfolded. Good luck.
