check your alt mount bushings. mine did the same thing and that helped a LOT. motor mounts also should be checked of course. they do tend to vibrate in drive while stopped but my 92 cvt auto is smooth so it is not endemic to them until parts start wearing. make sure it has new plugs etc since an idle lope is really magnified.
