this is not a fan problem, but could be air in sys, bad t-stat, or bad radiator.
make sure proper plugs are istalled and in good shape.
1) Get bentley manual.
2) get new t-stat/seal from BB sponser. 82C for the hot climate, 87C for cold climates. Install and carefully purge all air, several times.
if temps still rise as above, most likely bad rad, or headgasket. can sniff test coolant tank for exh, and pull upper rad hose to check for core tube inlet plugging.
short term, cut compressor wire and push ac switch to keep a fan on.
