The seal is almost impossible to get out intact if removing a good windshield. You can either save the glass and cut the seal or save the seal and push the glass out with your feet. The seal has to go in before the glass, and then you can tool the glass into the seal and install the press molding. Glass Depot sells plastic "popsickle" sticks that aid in installation of the glass.
