It could be the pressure switch, but it can also be the A/C relay. It takes a lot of current, and I've had problems with the contacts pitting. Drop the relay panel down, and see if power is being applied to the coil of the relay. Another option is to turn the A/C on while keeping a finger on the relay - if you feel it click, but the compressor clutch doesn't pull in, then the relay is tired.
An even easier trick - pull the relay out, and clean the contacts and LUGS with some fine sandpaper. I've had a fine oxide layer build up on the lugs where it plugs into the relay panel, and that's enough resistance to keep the clutch from pulling in.
